iDeploy technicians consist of W2 employees and 1099 business partners. In both cases these are technicians that have worked with our team or were referred to us by a member of our team that had extensive experience with them in the past.
All iDeploy technicians have extensive skill sets ranging from low voltage cabling, fiber optic certification, to specific hardware installation experience.
We believe that we are not successful if we just get part of the job done. Our technicians are trained to follow all the required procedures, tasks, escalations, and to submit all required deliverables prior to leaving the service location.
Our project management team reviews digital pictures of all completed work to confirm that it meets all quality standards. In addition quality control visits will be scheduled while service is being completed to audit in field performance as well.
